Since the early 2000s, Participant has operated with the vision to simplify the everyday life for organisers and to make it easier to receive registration and payment for all types of events.  This vision has become the reality; for over two decades, we have always strived to continuously improve and renew ourselves to ensure that we are always delivering the best solutions for you.

We are proud of what we have achieved through challenging times such as the financial crisis and the pandemic, always adapting to ensure that we can continue to serve our customers.  As an independent, agile smaller company with long-term owners, we have been able to take advantage of the opportunities that have arisen, and at the same time adapt to changes along the way.

The time has come for a change with LetsReg

In 2021, we saw the need to implement changes and improvements.  We wanted to ensure that the next 20 years will be as exciting as the first 20.  This applies not only to our brand, but just as much to our services and products.  As dedicated registration geeks, we have the ambition to make event handling as easy as possible, for as many people as possible.For over two years, we have worked on a total revitalisation of Participant.  In reflection of this, we are delighted to announce that our name has become LetsReg, reflecting our exciting new brand.

Our solution will be streamlined behind a strong brand that better reflects our vision, whilst continuing to add more services to our offering; for example, a completely new Booking solution which has been developed in collaboration with our customers, and a simplified event setup process.

With LetsReg, the system will be updated with:

• A new name and new identity
• Possibility to switch to our new event setup
• A new Booking solution developed in collaboration with our customers
• Improved design and user experience (UX)
• An optimised website that is rich in relevant content to help you along the way
• A new search page that gives you the opportunity to promote your events on our website
