Enhancing the student experience 2025 conference

From mental health to accommodation shortages, cost-of-living to AI, and an unpredictable digital world, universities must be able to support students through upcoming challenges and offer guidance. Join us on Thursday 20 March 2025, either in London or online, to meet colleagues and discuss how to enhance the student experience, and ensure it works for all students. 

Prices: 

University and not-for-profit fee applies to delegates from universities, colleges, government departments, charities and not-for-profit organisations.
Standard fee applies to all other delegates.

Early bird conference rates are available until 20 December 2024:

  • £299 - University and not-for-profit fee
  • £399 - Standard fee

From 21 December 2024, the conference rates are:

  • £340 - University and not-for-profit fee
  • £440 - Standard fee

Livestream only 

If you are unable to attend in-person and would like to access a livestream of the plenaries only, please purchase the livestream only option. Please note that you will not be able to access breakout sessions.

  • £195 - University and not-for-profit fee
  • £295 - Standard fee

This event is exempt from VAT.

Terms and Conditions:

In registering for this event, you agree to the following terms: cancellations must be received in writing (to [email protected]) by 20 February 2025 to qualify for a refund. We regret that no refund can be made for cancellations received after this time; however substitute delegates will be accepted. If sending a substitute delegate please provide the registered delegate’s full name and the substitute delegate’s full name, job title, organisation, and email address to [email protected].

Non-payment of an invoice does not count as cancellation and you will still be liable for the full cost. Non-appearances on the day are also liable for the full cost. Refunds for places paid for online using a credit or debit card will be returned minus the 3.5% transaction fee charged by our booking site.
