Reduced rates are available for Trainees, SAS and retired doctors as well as for non-medical professionals.
The deadline for signing up to this conference if you are requiring overnight accommodation is 31st December 2024
The deadline for signing up if you are *not* requiring overnight accommodation is 16th January 2025

The PMHA collects or uses the following information in order to be able to organise this training event:

- Addresses
- Dietary information (including allergies and health conditions)
- Job descriptions & place of work
Our lawful bases for the collection and use of your data:
- The PMHA collects personal details from anyone who signs up to their training sessions in order to be able to communicate with registered attendees and organise these meetings.
How long is information kept:
- We keep data relating to registrations and proof of attendance for 1 year only after the PMHA Annual Meeting.
- We use LetsReg as the platform to facilitate registration. When registering for the event, attendees will provide their information directly via LetsReg.
- If registered for overnight stay, we will share names with accommodation providers.
