This one-day conference provides practical, timely content from the most pertinent speakers and case studies, as well as plentiful opportunities to network and share best practice with colleagues within the sector.

Prices: 

University and not-for-profit fee applies to delegates from universities, colleges, government departments, charities and not-for-profit organisations.
Standard fee applies to all other delegates.

Early bird conference rates are available until 1 February 2025:

  • £299 - University and not-for-profit fee
  • £399 - Standard fee

From 2 February 2025, the conference rates are:

  • £340 - University and not-for-profit fee
  • £440 - Standard fee

Livestream only 

If you are unable to attend in-person and would like to access a livestream of the plenaries only, please purchase the livestream only option. Please note that you will not be able to access breakout sessions.

  • £195 - University and not-for-profit fee
  • £295 - Standard fee

This event is exempt from VAT.

In registering for this event, you agree to the following terms: cancellations must be received in writing (to [email protected]) by 22 May 2025 to qualify for a refund. We regret that no refund can be made for cancellations received after this time; however substitute delegates will be accepted. If sending a substitute delegate please provide the registered delegate’s full name and the substitute delegate’s full name, job title, organisation, and email address to [email protected].

Non-payment of an invoice does not count as cancellation and you will still be liable for the full cost. Non-appearances on the day are also liable for the full cost. Refunds for places paid for online using a credit or debit card will be returned minus the 3.5% transaction fee charged by our booking site.
