At LetsReg, we understand how important it is to keep your participants informed - whether you wish to remind them of an upcoming event, inform them of an unforseen change or thank them for attending, our system allows you to carry out this task. Benefit from being able to send both email and SMS messages directly from the platform, ensuring that you can reach out to your participants in the way that suits you best.
Do you wish to customise your messages for specific participants or groups? You can filter recipients by criteria such as which price category they have selected, or only send emails to those customers who have added your dinner package. This gives you the opportunity to send personalised messages for improved client engagement.
We know your time is valuable, so we've created a communications tool that lets you quickly send messages to your participants. When you create a new message, you will be guided through the entire process, from choosing recipients to customising the content with your own branding.
Send your message as soon as you have written it, or schedule emails to your attendees in advance. Choose between the option to send the email at a predetermined time and date, or set your message to send a specific number of days before or after the event takes place.
Do you wish to keep track of how many people have opened your message? Does somebody need you to send it again? Keep full control over communication to your participants in the dashboard.
Communication is included in LetsReg Go, at no additional cost. Therefore, you can send emails through the system completely free of charge.
If you wish to send SMS messages, these are charged at £0.5p + VAT per message. You can create messages up to 160 characters at this price; after this, it will be charged as multiple SMS messages. The system will show you how many characters you have used, and how many messages you are sending.
Click on your event, and click on the tab option “Communications tool.”
Here, you will see an overview of scheduled and sent messages.
On the right-hand side you will see the options to either create an email or an SMS message.
Select the option you require to enter the relevant setup, and follow the instructions from the system.
